Gua Kelam is famous with cave walk. It was maintained by Perlis Forestry Department since 1997. It is a 370meter-long of limestone cave and located in a small town at the foothill.
Gua Kelam is named in conjunction with its position and the all time darkness in the cave. It is located approximately 33 kms to north from Kangar. Access to the cave is by way of a suspension bridge.

The length of the underground river is about 400 metres flowing through the limestone range which can be seen when going through this cave. This underground river is a natural incident phenomenon. It was believed to be formed from the erosion of an underground stream. Electricity supply is also provided for visitors to enjoy the beauty in the cave.
